Roots Web Foundation
Roots is a free web foundation, intended to be used for removing the repetitive CSS, HTML, and JavaScript work we as web developers get into in most sites. It is very detailed, and covers everything from layouts and typography considerations, to sIFR, advanced JavaScript techniques and semantic HTML.
Roots is for intermediate to advanced web developers. If you've been working with HTML less than 2 years, and CSS or JavaScript less than 1 year, you're probably not ready. You really should know how to write semantic HTML without resorting to tables for layout, and if you plan on using Roots's JavaScript capabilities, you need to know how to read and write JS object literal notation, and how to create classes and prototypes. If you can do all that, go ahead and give it a shot!
